We are extremely confident that you will love Luna’s Secret. If you happen to be unsatisfied after 30 days. You are entitled to Refund minus the cost of shipping.
To organise a return or an exchange, please email into our support team at Luna@thelunasecret.juliuskennethcastillo.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return your purchase so that we can process your request.
We do require that the original shipping box is kept in good condition and used to return the product.
Once your request has been processed and approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply stick the new label over the original shipping label and drop it at a local post office.
After being received and processed by our returns department, we will issue a full refund or exchange on the order.
